Job Description

ob SummaryWe are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing EdTech team. The role involves meeting students, parents, schools, colleges, and potential learners to promote educational products and services. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and willingness to travel locally.

Freshers with a learning attitude and good communication skills are also welcome.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesVisit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and residential areas to generate leads.
  • Explain company courses, learning programs, and subscription plans to students and parents.
  • Conduct face-to-face counselling and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and educational institutions.
  • Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions/sales.
  • Maintain daily reports of meetings, leads, and conversions.
  • Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
  • Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
  • Confidence in meeting clients face-to-face.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in the field and travel locally.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile applications.
  • Eligibility CriteriaGraduate / Undergraduate can apply.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or EdTech sales.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Must own a smartphone.
  • Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
