Inside Sales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
2. Promote Shanco's POS products to potential customers.
3. Prepare and share quotations with customers.
4. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
6. Coordinate with the Field Sales team for customer requirements.
7. Update customer details and sales activities in the CRM.
8. Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
9. Submit daily activity reports and sales updates.
10. Generate new leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.

Field Sales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Visit customers, dealers, and distributors to generate business.
2. Promote Shanco's POS hardware products and solutions.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features.
4. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
5. Generate new leads through field visits and referrals.
6. Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
7. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
8. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
9. Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
10. Submit daily visit reports and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
