Position: Field Sales Manager – Chennai and Coimbatore

At Edplore, we design personalized and school-branded preschool textbooks aligned with NEP guidelines. Our mission is to transform early education through engaging, customized content that makes learning meaningful from the start.
What You’ll Do
Visit preschools and early education centers across pune
Pitch our offerings and build strong relationships with school decision-makers.
Gather essential data (student count, current textbooks, decision-makers, etc.).
Follow up on leads and close deals with backend support.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in the education sector).
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu (Like Madurai, Coimbatore, Chennai etc.
Basic familiarity with Google Sheets.
Compensation
Salary: ₹4–6 LPA (CTC)
Extras: Travel Allowance + Performance-Based Incentives
