Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Being able to travel frequently and do outstation work.
• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments.
• Provide on-site training to the customers.
• Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, operating, service and repairs.
• Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
• Keeping Service /Technical documents and Report.
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.

Skills:

• Basic Knowledge in soldering and wiring Process.
• Preferred Good Communication Skill in Hindi and English
• Basic skills on workshop jobs (assembling, PCB repair etc.)
• Having excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Being able to work alone or with a team.
• Being self-motivated.
• Must be willing to travel on a short Notice .

Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Electrical/Electronics.

Experience: 1 - 3Years
