Job Description
Field Service Engineer (IT Hardware & Infrastructure)
Key Responsibilities:.· Hardware Setup: Assemble, configure, and maintain multi-vendor PCs, laptops, enterprise servers, and peripherals at client locations.
· M365 & SharePoint Management: Deploy and configure SharePoint Online sites, manage user permissions, document libraries, and troubleshoot M365 sync issues.
· Mail & Support: Handle advanced MS Outlook configurations, profile setups, and resolve PST/OST or Exchange mail flow issues.
· Storage & Data Protection: Configure and map NAS servers, manage user access, and set up automated data backup software to ensure business continuity.
· Network Security: Assist in basic LAN/WAN network setups and configure firewall security policies to ensure client infrastructure uptime.
Required Technical Skills:·
Hardware: PC/Laptop/Server Assembly, Multi-vendor systems (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple), Enterprise Printers.
· OS & Cloud: Windows Server 2022, Windows 11 Pro, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online.
· Networking & Security: LAN/WAN, IP Routing, Firewall Configuration (ACLs).
· Storage & Mail: NAS Server Management, Data Backup Software, MS Outlook (PST/OST/Exchange).
Required Qualifications & Experience:·
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking.
· Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven field experience working as a Hardware Engineer,
· Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or foundational certifications in Windows Server/Linux administration.
Salary – 25000 to 32000 per month, Incentive aprox 3000
