Job Description
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings, needs analyses, and product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.
Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, or annual quotas.
Account Management: Cultivate long-term relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, and facilitating product upgrades or replenishment.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to strategically position the company's offerings. [1, 2]
Reporting: Track all sales pipelines, customer interactions, and performance metrics in the company's CRM system and report directly to sales management.
