About the Role:

We are seeking a Finance & Compliance Manager to oversee financial operations and regulatory compliance for our real estate and multi-sector projects. This role is critical in managing investor relations, securing collateral, and ensuring statutory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts: Manage full-cycle accounting, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting for multiple project entities.
• GST: Ensure timely filing of GST returns, input credit reconciliation, and compliance with GST regulations.
• ROC: Handle all ROC filings, board resolutions, annual returns, and maintenance of statutory registers.
• Banking: Liaise with banks for project financing, loan documentation, cash flow management, and collateral arrangements.
• Investor Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, MIS reports, and project performance dashboards to investors.
• Collateral Management: Coordinate valuation, documentation, and monitoring of securities/collateral for fundraising.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, including real estate regulations (RERA), income tax, and corporate governance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA/CMA/CS or MBA (Finance) with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, ROC, and banking procedures.
• Experience in real estate or project finance preferred.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
