Job Description

  • Operate automation and production machines efficiently
  • Monitor machine performance and production output
  • Load and unload materials/components into machines
  • Perform basic machine setup and parameter checking
  • Identify minor machine issues and inform maintenance team
  • Ensure product quality as per company standards
  • Maintain production records and daily reports
  • Follow safety procedures and 5S practices in the workplace
  • Support production targets and shift activities
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenanceBasic knowledge of automation machines and electrical components
  • Understanding of production processes
  • Ability to handle tools and measuring instruments
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts
