Front Office And Academic Counsellor

We are hiring Front office and Academic counsellor to handle student counseling and basic front office responsibilities. This role involves interacting with students/parents, explaining programs, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with students/parents via calls (inside sales)
• Handle Front office operations
• Explain courses, features, and benefits clearly
• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
• Maintain call logs and follow-ups in CRM
• Point of contact for incoming calls / clients
• Basic Billing and Registration
• Meet monthly enrollment targets

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Freshers welcome
• Good communication in English (Tamil & Hindi is a plus)
• Willing to work in a target-driven environment
• Immediate joiners preferred

Work Schedule

• 6 days a week - Tuesday Off
• MON-SAT-11AM TO 8PM | SUN-9AM TO 6PM
• Weekend availability required (peak studio hours)
