Job Description
Urban Comforts is a modern business and family hotel located in the heart of Chennai. We are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through cleanliness, hospitality, and personalized service. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Office Executives to join our growing team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle room reservations, guest enquiries, and booking confirmations.
- Manage OTA bookings from Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Expedia, etc.
- Respond to guest requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain daily reports, occupancy records, and shift handover notes.
- Promote direct bookings and hotel services.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and guest registration procedures.
- RequirementsGraduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Hotel Operations, or Guest Relations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good spoken English, Tamil, and Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel PMS systems preferred.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming standards.
