Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle care requirements.

• Explain detailing packages, ceramic coating, PPF, polishing, and other services.

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

• Schedule appointments and maintain customer records.

• Follow up with customers regarding service updates and vehicle delivery.

• Coordinate with the detailing team for smooth workflow.

• Generate quotations, invoices, and maintain basic office records.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Promote premium services and assist customers in choosing suitable packages.
