Job Title: General Manager – Real Estate
Location: West Tambaram

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee all real estate operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing teams, developing business strategies, and ensuring overall project success and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end real estate operations including sales, marketing, and project management
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals
- Manage sales teams, set targets, and ensure revenue growth
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee project planning, execution, and timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and lead generation
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members

Qualifications:

- Strong network with brokers and channel partners
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales software
