Job Description
Indiagold is hiring Loan Managers to handle both sales and operations for gold loan business. The role involves sourcing customers, evaluating gold, processing loan applications, and ensuring smooth branch operations. Candidate will be responsible for achieving targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate gold loan business through field sales and references
- Assess gold quality and ensure accurate valuation
- Handle end-to-end loan processing and documentation
- Manage branch operations and customer service
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
- Ensure compliance and proper record keeping
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in gold loan sales & operations
- Graduate preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of gold appraisal and loan processes
- Target-oriented and field-ready candidate
