Job Description:
This Is A Branch-Based Sales And Operations Role Where The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling Walk-In Customers, Gold Loan Processing, And Supporting Overall Branch Activities. The Role Also Requires Occasional Field Visits For Business Generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Walk-In Customers And Explain Gold Loan Products
• Perform Gold Appraisal And Valuation
• Achieve Assigned Sales Targets
• Manage Loan Documentation And Processing
• Ensure Smooth Branch Operations
• Coordinate With Internal Teams For Disbursement
• Visit Field Locations If Required
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 1 Year Experience In Gold Loan Sales & Appraisal
• Strong Knowledge Of Gold Valuation Process
• Good Communication And Customer Handling Skills
• Comfortable With Branch + Field Work
