Graphic Designer

A Graphic Designer creates, develops, and produces visual concepts using design software or hand-drawing techniques to communicate, inform, and captivate audiences across digital and print media. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing, designing, and refining branding materials, marketing assets, websites, and layouts to align with client goals and brand guidelines. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualization & Design: Study design briefs to create, refine, and produce graphics, logos, illustrations, and layouts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma.
• Brand Alignment: Maintain and evolve consistent visual identity, ensuring all assets adhere to brand guidelines.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with marketing teams, copywriters, and stakeholders to translate concepts into final, polished designs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to final, print-ready or digital-ready files, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated on industry design trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance visual outputs. 

Requirements & Skills

• Education: A degree or certificate in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative, design, and layout skills.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other relevant design tools.
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to accept constructive feedback.
