GRAPHIC DESIGNER - JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Role Overview:

Responsible for creating visual concepts, designs, and layouts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate customers. Works on branding, marketing materials, digital assets, and print media.

• 1. Core Design Responsibilities:Concept & Visual Creation: Create graphics, illustrations, logos, and layouts for websites, social media, brochures, banners, packaging, etc.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines - colors, fonts, and style are consistent across all projects.
• Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts with the marketing team.
• Typography & Color: Select appropriate fonts, colors, and images to enhance design.
• 2. Technical & Production Responsibilities:Software Execution: Design using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW.
• Print & Digital Ready Files: Prepare final artwork for print and digital publishing with correct resolution, bleeds, and formats.
• Photo & Video Editing: Retouching, resizing, and editing images and basic video editing/reels for social media.
• UI/UX Support: Design website assets, app graphics, landing pages, and email templates in coordination with developers.
• 3. Collaboration & Project Management:Client Brief Handling: Understand client requirements, take feedback and revise designs accordingly.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with Marketing, Content, Social Media, and Web Development teams.
• Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, techniques, and social media design trends.

4. Key Deliverables You Will Handle:Social Media Posts & Reels, Logo & Brand Identity, Brochures, Flyers, Posters, Business Cards, Packaging Design, Website Banners, Presentation Decks (PPT), Advertisements, Emailers, Infographics.
