Responsibilities:
1. GST Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and payment of all GST returns.
2. Advisory Services: Provide professional guidance and expertise on all GST-related matters to internal stakeholders and clients.
3. Audits and Reviews: Coordinate and support GST audits and reviews, ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared and provided.
4. Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all GST transactions, invoices, and related documentation.
5. Research and Analysis: Stay updated on changes in GST laws, regulations, and guidelines, and provide recommendations for compliance improvements.
6. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for staff members to enhance their understanding of GST compliance requirements.
7. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with finance, legal, and other teams to ensure GST compliance is integrated into day-to-day operations.
8. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate reports on GST compliance activities for management and regulatory agencies.
9. Problem-solving: Identify and resolve any GST-related issues or discrepancies, collaborating with relevant stakeholders as necessary.
10. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to enhance GST compliance effectiveness and efficiency.
