Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them upon arrival.
- Guide customers to the appropriate sales representative or section.
- Maintain a warm, courteous, and professional interaction with customers.
- Manage customer flow and waiting areas efficiently.
- Support showroom activities, events, and promotions when required.
Requirements
- Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a retail showroom environment.
