Hardware & Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- *Diagnosing and Repairing*: Identifying and fixing hardware and software issues with laptops, including replacing faulty components like RAM, hard drives, and motherboards.

- *Customer Service*: Providing excellent support to clients, explaining technical issues in simple terms, and ensuring timely completion of repairs.

- *Required Skills:*

- *Technical Knowledge*: Strong understanding of laptop hardware and software, including operating systems like Windows and macOS.

- *Troubleshooting*: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

- *Communication*: Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

- *In-person or Remote*: Depending on the service provider, technicians may work in a repair shop, visit clients' locations, or provide remote support.

- *Flexibility*: Some positions may require working flexible hours or on-call shifts.
