Job Description

Job Description: FOS - Retail Assets- [Housing Loan]  Position  Executive -FOS - Retail Assets [Housing Loan] Department  Home Loan Reporting to   Regional Head / Head of Home Loan Position Purpose As a FOS you will play a strategic role in the BuilderRelationship team within the open market of your designatedgeography or area. Your primary responsibility will be toidentify new projects, manage builder relationships, approveprojects, and focus on Housing Loan and Secured Loanproducts (LAP). You will provide valuable insights for businessgrowth, establish financial objectives, and ensure compliancewith financial regulations. Your efforts will be critical in thegrowth of the Home Loan business and financial success inalignment with the company’s growth plans.
