Job Description

  1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the restaurant dining area, kitchen, and common areas.
  2. Wash and clean vessels, utensils, kitchen equipment, and service items properly as per hygiene standards.
  3. Ensure tables, floors, glass surfaces, and kitchen areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
  4. Dispose of waste properly and replenish housekeeping and cleaning supplies as required.
  5. Follow company hygiene, safety, and grooming standards while supporting smooth restaurant operations.
