Job Description
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process—from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, issuing offers, and running new-hire orientations. [1, 2]
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff queries, handle workplace conflict, and manage grievance resolution to maintain harmony. [1, 2]
Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies while ensuring the organization adheres to local labor laws and statutory regulations. [1, 2]
Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate payroll inputs, track attendance/leaves, and administer employee compensation and benefits programs. [1, 2]
Performance & Development: Assist managers with performance review cycles, maintain appraisal records, and coordinate employee training and engagement activities. [1, 2]
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee databases, manage documentation on HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems), and conduct exit formalities. [1, 2]
