What You’ll Do 💼

As our HR Intern, you’ll get real-world exposure to the entire HR spectrum:

🎯 Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media

📅 Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates & hiring managers

🤝 Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new hires

📂 Maintain employee records and support HR documentation

🎉 Organize employee engagement activities and events

📊 Prepare recruitment metrics & assist with HR reporting

What We’re Looking For 👀

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes

Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

Team player with a positive attitude
