Company: Singapore-based Company
Work Location: Chennai
- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand hiring requirements and work closely with managers to attract the right talent.
- Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the right fit.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database, recruitment reports, and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- RequirementsExperience in HR recruitment is mandatory.
- Candidates with recruitment experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry are preferred. However, applicants with general HR recruitment experience are also welcome to apply.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and candidate coordination skills.
