Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the complete hiring process.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment reports, and hiring metrics.
- Support employee onboarding and assist in HR operations as required.
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented work environment, taking ownership of responsibilities beyond the core role when required.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to support evolving business needs in a dynamic, startup-like culture.
