Job Description
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end blue collar recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media, Field work.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in HR operations, including employee documentation, attendance, and HR coordination.
- Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of Blue collar hiring recruitment experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri and Workindia, Indeed.
- Coordinating experience with NGO's, Community Mobilizers, MSW people.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
