Position      : HR Executive cum Trainer

Experience : 2 to 5 years

Qualification: Graduation

Salary                  : 30000 to 35000

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process

 Maintain employee records and HR documentation

 Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

 Support employee engagement activities

 Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

 Assist in performance management and employee relations,

 Conduct induction and training sessions for new employees

 Identify training needs and prepare training materials

 Monitor employee performance after training

 Conduct refresher training programs regularly

 Maintain training reports and feedback records
