Job Description
Job Title: Helper (Production / Fabrication)Location: Puzhal, Chennai
Job Summary:We are looking for a Helper to support daily shop-floor operations in fabrication and production activities. The candidate will assist operators, handle materials, and maintain workplace cleanliness.
- Key Responsibilities:Assist in fabrication works like cutting, grinding, drilling, and fitting
- Support machine operators (CNC / welding / assembly)
- Loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods
- Handling tools and materials safely
- Cleaning and maintaining work area
- Follow supervisor instructions for daily tasks
- Ensure basic safety practices in the workplace
- Requirements:Minimum: 8th / 10th / 12th pass
- Fresher or 0–2 years experience in factory / workshop
- Basic knowledge of tools and machines (preferred)
- Physically fit and willing to do manual work
- Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month (depending on experience)
- Overtime available
- ESI + PF applicable
- Food / accommodation (based on company policy)
- Work Timing:8–10 hours shift (Day / Rotational shift)
