This role focuses on assisting callers with relevant information regarding businesses, services, and contact details. There are no sales targets, as this is purely an information-based support role.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information based on customer queries.
• Retrieve and share details related to products, services, locations, and contact information.
• Maintain call quality standards and adhere to response time guidelines.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong communication skills during interactions.
• Eligibility CriteriaQualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (with or without arrears)
• Age Limit: Up to 28 years
