Hiring: Inside Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: TAMBARAM-DIRECT COMPANY HIRING
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Tuesday
About UsWe are a fast-growing real estate company with 50 successfully completed projects. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives to join our sales team.
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to company-provided leads.
- Explain our real estate projects and schedule site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth customer visits and sales conversions.
- Assist customers during the negotiation process.
- Collect referrals from satisfied customers.
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
