Insurance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Process motor insurance policies for private cars, two-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and fleet insurance.
• Generate insurance quotations from multiple insurer portals.
• Compare premiums and policy features to provide the best options to customers.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and endorsements.
• Handle policy renewals and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
• Assist customers with policy-related queries and documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and policy documentation.
• Process policy cancellations, refunds, and endorsements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing.
• Achieve assigned business and service targets.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Basic knowledge of motor insurance products and policy documentation.
• Familiarity with insurer portals is an added advantage.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
