Job Description

Intercompany Associate

To handle payables activities for Intercompany Unconsol operation. 

  • Managing invoice processing in the payable system

  • Independently processing journal entries

  • Addressing payment inquiries from affiliates

  • Ensuring compliance with Intercompany and Internal Control requirements for settlement, month-end close, and dispute resolution

  • Preparation of subledger and complete Intercompany settlement.

  • Prepare one metrics and other reports management review.

  • Support for PWC and other Internal audits and controls.

  • Support & collaborate on IERP implementation for Europe Intercompany processes

  • CMA Inter or MBA 

  • 2+ years of accounting experience with hands on exposure to Accounts Payable in SAP environment. Intercompany Payables experience preferred

  • Good knowledge in business applications like SAP, MS Office, automation tools 

  • Logical approach, Good analytical skills and Query handling Skills.
