Interior Designer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong 3D visualization skills to design commercial, residential, and office interiors. The candidate should be capable of creating design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and producing realistic 3D renders for client presentations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop interior design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs.
• Prepare space planning layouts, furniture layouts, and design presentations.
• Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings.
• Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documents.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, vendors, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design execution as per approved drawings.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain project timelines and documentation.
• Required SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar 3D software.
• Good knowledge of interior materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
• Strong visualization and presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare detailed drawings and BOQs.
• Knowledge of site execution and coordination.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• QualificationsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in interior design and 3D visualization.
• Portfolio showcasing completed interior projects and 3D renders.
