Interior Designer

Job description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to handle residential interior projects, including both wooden and aluminium modular solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements, preferences, and project scope
• Conduct site visits for measurements and feasibility assessment
• Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts, and mood boards
• Create 2D drawings and basic 3D designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories based on project needs
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams for smooth project flow
• Monitor site progress to ensure design accuracy and quality execution
• Resolve on-site design or execution issues in coordination with the team
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, and updates throughout the project lifecycle

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of residential interior design and space planning
• Knowledge of modular kitchen, wardrobe, and storage design
• Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
• Ability to create 2D layouts and basic 3D visualisations
• Good communication and client interaction skills
• Site measurement and practical execution knowledge
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, carpenters, and execution teams
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to commute to project sites as required
