Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Interior Sales Executive to manage the complete customer journey from lead generation to payment closure. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into successful projects through client interaction, follow-ups, coordination, and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

Generate leads through calls, references, social media, site visits, and marketing campaigns

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries

Identify customer requirements and schedule meetings/site visits

Client Consultation & Sales

Understand client expectations, budget, and interior requirements

Present interior solutions, design concepts, and project proposals

Coordinate with designers and project teams for quotations and presentations

Convert leads into confirmed projects through effective follow-ups

sales Coordination & Project Follow-up

Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle

Coordinate between customers, designers, vendors, and execution teams

Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution

Payment & Documentation

Follow up for advance payments, stage-wise payments, and final settlements

Maintain project-related documents, invoices, and customer records

Ensure timely payment collection and update management regularly

CRM & Reporting

Update lead status, follow-ups, and payment details in CRM/software

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in interior sales, real estate sales, or related field

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to convert leads and handle customer relationships

Basic understanding of interiors/modular kitchen/wardrobe concepts is preferred

Experience in CRM handling and sales coordination

Target-driven and customer-focused approach
