Job Summary:

As the Site Supervisor/Engineer for interior projects, you will be responsible for executing site works in line with design intent, quality standards, and timelines. You will act as the key point of contact between the office team and on-site execution teams, ensuring smooth coordination, safety compliance, and project efficiency from start to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Site Execution & Coordination Supervise daily site activities related to civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and modular installations.
• Ensure all works are executed in line with approved GFC drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely progress.
• 2. Quality Control Conduct quality checks for workmanship, material handling, and finishing.
• Ensure adherence to interior fit-out standards and snag-free delivery.
• Highlight deviations or defects immediately and take corrective action.
• 3. Project Monitoring Track site progress against project timelines and report delays or concerns proactively.
• Maintain daily site log including work status, manpower, deliveries, and material usage.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability on-site.
• 4. Client & Consultant Coordination Assist in site walkthroughs with clients, consultants, and designers.
• Communicate clearly on progress, constraints, and technical queries.
• Ensure smooth handling of change requests, site instructions, and approvals.
• 5. Safety & Compliance Enforce site safety standards and protocols for labor and materials.
• Ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to statutory regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Interior Engineering
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior execution (residential/commercial)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and site reporting tools
• Working Conditions: Full-time, site-based role
• May involve extended working hours during critical phases
