Customer Portal Access
Daily basis Login the customer Portals.
Ontime Support to Upload the Payment advices from the Customer Portal and Common mailbox and upload in the Shared FoldersAccess the Common mail box and downloading the files daily basis
Ontime Downloading the Debit advices and naming the Debit advices with Reference # and Upload in the Shared Folders
Periodically Downloading the Self Billing Invoices of the Customers from the Portal and uploading in the Shared Folders Saved the Documents in the resepective LE's as per the Folder Created
Daily basis updating the Forecast Tracker for France , Poland and Germany region as per the Treasury shared Drive.
Respond ontime for the queries from the Chat box Created by Zone wise
Create the request for the Customer Log in whenever the new Customer Created
