Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to support our supply chain operations at VALEO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of logistics, contributing to efficient material flow and inventory management within a global automotive supplier.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist the logistics team in daily operational tasks, including order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.
* Support inventory management activities, including stock level monitoring, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution.
* Contribute to the optimization of inbound and outbound logistics processes by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, production, warehousing) to ensure smooth and timely material flow.
* Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, reports, and presentations.
* Participate in special projects related to supply chain improvements, cost reduction initiatives, or system enhancements.
* Learn and apply company logistics policies, procedures, and relevant industry best practices.
* Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned by the logistics team.

Job Qualifications:**

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior exposure to logistics concepts or supply chain principles through coursework or previous internships is a plus.
* A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and contribute.
