Required Qualifications & Skills:

 1–5 years of experience in US healthcare operations (Voice role preferred)

 Handson experience interacting with clinics and insurance companies

Strong understanding of:

 Prior authorizations and referrals

 Provider and insurance workflows

 Excellent English communication skills (verbal comprehension, clarity, and

professionalism are mandatory)

 Ability to manage escalations and timesensitive healthcare cases

 Good working knowledge of healthcare systems, payer portals, and medical

terminology

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in RCM, Care Coordination

 Familiarity with US insurance plans (Medicare, Medicaid)

 Exposure to CPT, ICD10, and authorization guidelines

 Graduation is mandatory.
