Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Management Executive to oversee stock levels, maintain inventory records, and ensure smooth inventory operations. The candidate will be responsible for tracking inventory movement, coordinating with suppliers for purchasing, and ensuring stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels across factory.
• Record stock receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches accurately.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.
• Generate inventory reports and analyze stock discrepancies.
• Track slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with inventory procedures.
• Update inventory data in ERP/software systems.
• Support demand forecasting and replenishment planning.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
