Key Responsibilities

  1. Project IR related to Subcontract workmen & outsource worker is to be maintained.
  2. Understanding of basic principles of Labour Laws & other statutory Acts as applicable in the sites as per the prevailing laws & act. 
  3. Preparation of wages sheets & other workmen related data as required . 
  4. Reconciling with workmen wages paid & actual calculated as per work done in the wage sheet. 
  5. Follow-up data from subcontractor & reconciliation with respect to PF, ESI, Gate pass & recoveries if any.
  6. Ensuring compliance team with respect to PF and provision relating to Statutory Act. Validation of PRAN & address of the workmen.
  7. Statutory compliance with respect to labour laws applicable to construction industry .
  8. Leadership qualities & team Building
  9. Basic computer knowledge in Excel, word & Power point, and an aptitude for learning new systems
  10. Administration of a Construction site as required by the site management team. 
  11. Proficiency using more than one language.
  12. Understanding internal processes and filing systems. 
  13. Solve problems for clients related to workmen by understanding the same both internal & external. 
  14. Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings as & when required. 
  15. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
  16. Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously. 
  17. Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  18. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  19. Time management and detail orientation
  20. Review of any workmen issues, identifying and thoroughly investigating any discrepancies and taking the proper actions to resolve them.
  1. Manage administrative staff within the department and transfer accounting/reporting knowledge to other departments.

Qualifications

B. A / M. A (any 1st class Graduate with good academic record in full time course from a recognized University or Institute)

  • Working knowledge of ERP software platforms is preferable 

Experience

5 to 15 Years in the field of IR & Admin, construction experience will be an advantage. 

  • Personal integrity ability to keep customer and company confidences.
  • Experience in Labour Laws & Other statutory Act.
