Java Fullstack (React) Engineer

Minimum Qualifications: • BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA with 2–3 years of hands-on development experience. • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building backend services. • Solid experience implementing Microservices, including service boundaries and inter-service communication. • Strong working knowledge of ReactJS for building responsive, component-driven UIs. • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating frontend with backend services. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot services using microservices architecture patterns. • Build and enhance React-based UI components with reusable, maintainable front-end patterns. • Define and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring robust validation, error handling, and versioning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans. • Write clean, testable code and contribute to automated testing practices for both frontend and backend. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes. • Participate in code reviews, improve coding standards, and mentor peers through constructive feedback. • Optimize application performance and reliability through profiling, tuning, and thoughtful design.
