Junior Technical Service Engineer

FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Coordinate with Technical Sales to prepare appropriate dispensing solutions 

2. Support Technical Sales team with equipment demonstrations 

3. Installation & Commissioning of equipment at Customer site 

4. Engage allocated Customers to identify requirement for spares/consumables/service for 

supplied equipment 

5. Engage allocated Customers to close Deals related to spares/consumables/service 

6. Identify potential Leads in the allocated geography 

7. Address and nurture Leads provided 

8. Plan and prioritize customer/prospect contact towards achieving defined targets as per the 

Personal Development Plan. 

9. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and 

ethical sales methods, and relevant internal coordination, to optimize quality of service, 

business growth, and customer satisfaction. 

10. Use and update relevant information related to Leads & Deals in Zoho CRM. 

11. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and 

information. 

12. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
