Job Title: Kannada Telecaller

TIRON – Vee Yss Lifestyles Robotics Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing consumer technology brand specializing in robotic vacuum cleaners and smart home appliances. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Kannada Telecaller to support customer engagement and sales activities.
Job Role: Kannada Telecaller
Location:Chennai
Salary₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers in Kannada
- Explain company products and offers clearly
- Generate leads and schedule customer appointments
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain records
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer support
- Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates
Requirements:
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory
- Basic communication skills in English or Tamil/Hindi preferred
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in telecalling/customer support is preferred
- Freshers can also apply
