Job Description
Job Opening: Kitchen Manager – South Indian Cuisine
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our South Indian kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in South Indian cuisine, large-scale production, restaurant/canteen operations, catering, food quality, hygiene, inventory management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food production.
- Maintain consistent food quality and taste.
- Manage kitchen staff and production planning.
- Control food cost, inventory, and wastage.
- Ensure FSSAI hygiene and food safety standards.
- Handle corporate catering and bulk food production.
- Coordinate with purchase and service teams.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in South Indian kitchen operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in restaurants,canteens is preferred
