Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced VoiceBot App Team Lead to spearhead the development and management of cutting-edge voice-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python, AI-driven voice technologies, and leadership skills to guide a team in delivering scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
•    Lead design and architecture for VoiceBot applications and related AI components.
•    Ensure RAG pipeline efficiency, security, and scalability.
•    Oversee code quality, testing, and production support.
•    Implement and optimize Speech-to-Text and VoiceBot solutions using Deepgram, Plivo, and Azure infrastructure.
•    Work with OpenAI, prompt engineering, and agentic AI for multi-agent orchestration.
•    Fine-tune AI models to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
•    Manage RAG pipelines for enhanced performance.
•    Utilize Pytest and AI testing frameworks to ensure robust and reliable solutions.
•    Interact with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
•    Manage and mentor team members, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•    6+ years of experience in software development, including 2–3 years in Generative AI application development, with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
•    Proven experience in designing and deploying AI-driven voice applications.
