Lead Engineering Manager (Geotech)

• Perform geotechnical analysis and design for: 
  • Intake well structures and associated foundations
  • Shallow and deep foundations (open and pile foundations)
  • Retaining structures (gravity, precast, and shoring systems)
  • Reinforced earth walls/slopes and embankments
  • Slope stability assessments for cuttings, embankments, and waterfront structures
  • Pavement subgrade and foundation systems
• Develop safe and cost-effective foundation recommendations based on site conditions and soil investigation data.
• Conduct and interpret ground investigation results and recommend suitable ground improvement techniques.
• Prepare and review detailed technical deliverables including: 
  • Design calculations
  • Drawings and specifications
  • Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Review and validate designs and drawings prepared by internal teams and external vendors.
• Participate in technical discussions with clients, consultants, and stakeholders (both virtual and in-person).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers while supporting senior management on project delivery.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant standards such as IS Codes and IRC Codes.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Undertake site visits and short-term travel (domestic and international) for inspections, approvals, and technical support
