What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will hold true ownership of the product lifecycle by bridging technical excellence with people leadership, serving as a proxy-product owner to cultivate an agile, high-performance culture across a dedicated engineering team.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Spearhead functional specifications, user stories, epics, and high-level designs for scalable web and cloud native native platforms. 

• Lead and mentor a dedicated scrum team of 2 to 5 engineers, championing skill development, morale, and continuous agile improvements.

 • Drive technical project management by estimating effort, managing deliverables, and ensuring system-wide issues are proactively resolved. 

• Maintain a hands-on technical presence, contributing to code sections, performing reviews, and resolving complex design dependencies.

 • Partner with architecture and cross-functional teams to align project execution with long-term organizational strategies.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven full-stack web development expertise with a strong preference for C# .NET Web API, React JS and deep SQL programming knowledge. 

• Hands-on development background in cloud technologies, with Azure preferred and AWS cloud experience highly valued. 

• Solid track record managing end-to-end agile execution, project planning, resource mapping, and status reporting

. • Experience building highly secure, reliable applications and working with API consumption, JSON, XML, and CI/CD pipelines.

 • Around 7 to 10 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years operating in a technical lead capacity.

Bonus Points For

• Professional certifications in PMI, Agile, SAFe, or Microsoft .NET/Azure technologies

• Sound knowledge of DevOps/SRE practices and exposure to PaaS/SaaS product development methods.

• Usage of AI IDE tools like Cursor

• Strong background in both manual and automated web/cloud testing processes.
