Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Learning Specialist, reporting directly to India Head – Learning & Talent Management to join our People & Culture team based in Chennai OC, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Learning Specialist will be responsible for the end to end management of multiple learning reports, local learning initiatives and L&D Communication for T.EN U as well as local learning initiatives. S/He shall work closely with multiple stakeholders like T.EN U team, GBS team, L&D SPOCs, HRBPs, Communications team and employees to manage data and communication related to learning initiatives and resolve queries related to it. In addition to this, the Learning Specialist will also support the local and T.EN U learning initiatives by managing the administrative activities, gamification and progress reports. S/He will also manage the commerical documentation related to local and T.ENU programs.
- Main accountabilities:
- Learning Management System – Ensure learning hours are tracked and uploaded on T.EN U platform through GBS. Resolve user queries related to T.EN U platform, manage T.EN U access to GETs and DTs.
- Reporting - Create monthly dashboards (OC wise and Department wise) for ongoing T.EN U driven and local learning initiatives, Create and distribute biweekly compliance trainings reports, identify quarterly winners for Learning Ninja, generate reports for the local learning initiatives and validate T.EN U reports for discrepancies
- Local Initiatives – Prepare India OC Cluster Monthly Learning Calendar and manage logistics with speakers and GBS team Create links for monthly calendar through GBS team, share attendance details with GBS team, sending thank you notes to speakers. Prepare and execute the Skill Bridge program by identifying relevant monthly topics based on TNI and MYDR, shortlisting online courses on T.EN U platform, releasing weekly communication and publishing list of winners.
- L&D Communication – Prepare and publish quarterly newsletter and monthly calendar, resolve participant queries, have regular connects with Learning SPOCs and QHSES team to seek learning training details to be uploaded on iLearn.

Languages: English (Fluent)
Main skills:
- MS Excel – Should be proficient in MS Excel to understand and compare data, identify trends, generate insights and build interactive graphs. Knowledge and experience in Power BI preferred.
- MS PowerPoint – Should be proficient in MS PowerPoint to create dashboards, L&D announcements and mailers. Should be able to design PowerPoint presentations for the soft skills training programs, local learning initiatives and monthly updates.
- Communication Skills – Excellent written communication skills to draft L&D mailers. Excellent oral communication skills to collaborate with internal trainers, Learning SPOCs and other stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management - Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior leadership to graduate trainees for successful implementation of Learning and Development initiatives.
- Accountability – Take complete ownership of successful implementation of all initiatives.
- Innovation – Innovate the current processes and initiatives to deliver positive learner experience.
- Detailed understanding of culture, organization structure and learning needs of Technip Energies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4-6 years with at least 2 years of experience in data management
