Job Description

  • Perform PCB assembly (through-hole and basic SMD soldering)
  • Component identification and inspection as per BOM
  • Carry out wire harnessing and panel wiring
  • Assist in testing and troubleshooting of assembled boards
  • Operate basic tools such as soldering station, multimeter, and crimping tools
  • Support product assembly and enclosure fitting
  • Assist in on-site installation and commissioning (if required)
  • Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the production area
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
